McAsphalt's marine division specializes in the transportation of petroleum asphalts and heavy fuels on the Great Lakes, St. Lawrence Seaway and East Coast waterways.
McAsphalt owns and operates the 401 asphalt barge. This Canadian flag vessel (44,000 bbl capacity) provides efficient transportation of hot (300° F+) asphalt cement and heavy fuels to marine terminals (also see MMTL, our affiliate company).
