Prime Coats

Prime coats are typically asphalt based in the form of cutbacks or emulsions. These products coat, consolidate and bind surface material penetrating the base to hold the roadway in place prior to subsequent layers of pavement. Prime coats seal and protect the base from water intrusion. They temporarily waterproof and preserve the roadway profile, and suppress any dust as a compliment.
