Title: Tankerman/woman

Locations: McAsphalt 401 Barge – Great Lakes , Canada/USA

Reporting to: VP Transportation

Responsibilities:

In the position of Tankerman/woman your responsibilities will include but not be limited to loading and discharging cargos and general labour on McAsphalt marine transportation and related equipment. You will follow all standard operating procedures and policies established by the McAsphalt Transportation department. You will also comply with all regulations set out in the Canadian Shipping Act and any other applicable legislation.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have a minimum High School/College Diploma, or equivalent experience. You have experience with Health and Safety programs, basic accounting and inventory controls. You will be required to work a 6 week on 3 week off schedule. Must be able to legally enter the

USA

. An Advanced Petroleum Tanker Safety Certificate and/or M.E.D. will be considered an asset. A good sense of humor will also be required.
